I hired Mr. Chase to handle an eviction for me, my property is in St. Louis and I'm in Florida. Mr. Chase and his team made it so easy and simple, they handle everything and using his website ensured that every step of the process was communicated to me. I always thought that evicting a tenant would be a hard and difficult process, but not with using the Matthew Chase's Law Firm, as my daughter would say "he made it easy peezy.

Mr. Chase has been very helpful in explaining to me the options for dealing with a tenant who refused to accept our non-renewal of lease notice. Although the tenant ended up moving out on his own will two weeks after lease term, no case was filed. Mr. Chase refunded us the full payment that we made up front

I’m a landlord and had a difficult tenant situation arise. Matthew Chase came through with great advice on how to proceed in the worst case scenario. Luckily it did not come down to that and was able to deal with the situation privately but will definitely be my first call if I need a lawyer.

Matthew Chase is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. Not only did he reply the same day when I sent my initial request on his website, which also happened to be on a Sunday, but he always replied in a timely manner. He had my back and won my case and even though i probably drove him nuts with all my questions and concerns he never made me feel like I did. He knows what he is doing and will make sure justice is served.

Mr. Chase took on my case with a landlord who allowed me to move in a high priced loft knowing for months the roof was leaking. He was honest when it came to what the good and bad would or could be with the situation. I wasn't forced to settle on their terms and he was very reasonable. When they wouldn't settle he put me in contact with an attorney who specialized in taking cases like mines to trial. Very professional and upfront and I appreciate that.

After our son received a speeding ticket I did a web search, tried Avvo and settled on Matthew Chase based on the reviews. The process of getting set up was simple and straight forward. He took care of the ticket in the manner in which he said he would. Matthew was pleasant and explained what to expect and we were able to take care of the ticket through emails and a phone call, as we live out of town.

Mr. Chase was incredibly helpful. I had several questions regarding my traffic violation and he provided the road prompt responses to all of my questions. In addition, he did not appear to be overly concerned whether I would take him on as my lawyer; it seemed as though he had my best interest in mind.
