He sent me detailed directions in the mail after he got my violation amend to a parking ticket. I received Another DWI and this time in Ellisville. I reside in St Charles County and due to numerous DWI's, Mr Ward suggested DWI Court in St Louis County after they took over the case. Stl County would not allow me to participate in their program and therefore I was looking at a Felony and possible jail time. Mr. Ward took this to the highest Missouri level possible so that I could gain access to the program. Needless to say, his expertise and professionalism allowed him to present this to the Missouri legislature and when new laws passed, his was a part of this. This allowed me to participate in the program. Once I received all the information concerning DWI court, I thought in my situation it was a no win situation as parts of the program would cause me to lose my employment and not be able to care for my children. He took this to the Prosecuting Attorney and suggested another plea, which included private DWI Court and Probation through Bridgeway as well as 30 days work release. At this point, I did have the SCRAM on for a total of 13 months. I believe a lot of this was possible because of Mr. Wards hard work and dedication to his profession. We signed the agreement and I have officially completed all my requirements except for the remaining probation period.
