Prugh was retained for a contested divorced filed in 2019. Retained by me and paid 13k where him and his legal assistant showed up unprepared without my file. I believe this law firm takes on too many cases without repercussions affecting clients and potential clients be aware.

This firm helped a family member as Guardian provide false medical info and financially waste $47k in parents funds and mentally and emotionally abuse them. Over 10k of my parents funds were used to pay this firm. While legal, it was unethical to do over objections of two other siblings. Guardian and her "caregivers" called police on my parents when discussing new lawyer to represent, stole their groceries , stole their debit cards after judge relieved Guardian and failed to listen to my parents on unneeded 24 hour care. N q7 feb, 2017, Guardian attempted to put mother in lock down Alzheimer unit without judges order. Family intervention prevented. Advised probate judge who accepted resignation. Guardian and her daughter claimed Rectum told them they could do that? Year later with legal medical interrogetories, all guardianship was removed and rights restored thanks representation by Mr. Bob O'Neil. Yes, 2017. That is how firm I believe in Rectum unethical actions putting parents thru literal hell with abuse in their own home.

Wonderful service. They use an app to communicate rapidly with clients and charge very reasonably.

Highly do not recommend. The Fort Leonard Wood legal office doesn’t even include this office on their resources page. The services I received here were so poor and over charged that I filed a complaint with the Missouri Bar and received a partial refund.

I gotta give Mr. Mark Prugh a shout out. What a guy. I came to him for advice on a matter, and boy did he set me straight. I'm not going into detail, and all, but you know when you think you're smart, and you got it all figured out? This man knows his stuff. He blew my mind on what is what. He's been studying law his whole life. He's got way more years over others. Thank god I talked to him. He gave me a free consultation, and hes giving my spouse one as well to inform her in person. Shout out to all our military fam. This is the dude for you. He's one of us. 👍 👍 Military folks, I love it. Only the best for when you need help. If you're military, you stick with military. That's how I strickly roll when in need. If you come to him, you're going to the right place. Just do it.

If you are a service member in a divorce this is not the lawyer for you. He will not fight for any rights you have and will lay down to the attorney who is fighting against him because he just wants to move on the next opportunity to make money.

Mark and his team are incredible! Mark Prugh is my second attorney and his team consists of a Criminologist, two forensic Psychologists and two other attorney’s. He is straight with you and man of God. I will be with Mark Prugh Law Firm for a very long time! You will have to do most of the leg work but that is because you know your story and the truth. He has become very familiar with Parental Alienation and his team as well. One of the only attorneys that knows about it in 100s of miles.
