Ineffective counsel. Take heed to what others have written in regards to lack of communication, professionalism and advocacy. If I could give no starts I would. My case was a family case and he was outmaneuvered at ever step resulting in the loss of time with my kids and an outcome I would have received without spending the thousands on his representation. Was referred to Family counselor, former military colleague, that was also ineffective. Ultimately a waste of my time, poor representation and a decision I wish I could take back. Didn’t have the decency to call me with my case decision.

Went in to discuss setting up an LLC. After several questions that I answered on the pre-interviw sheet, he asked me to come back with my husband so he can answer the questions better.

It it has become clear that Mark crew personally comes on here and tries to debunk these reviews from people and he fights so hard to try and protect himself and I believe I know the reason I have personally had dealings with Mark Peru not as him as a representation but as the opposing party and I can say through personal experience that the man is ethically bankrupt everybody involved in legal process has stated the same thing Mark is ignorant of the loss mark fails to represent clients in the appropriate manner and does not care about the best interest of all parties involved only the best interest of the person willing to pay the most money it is also clear through other attorneys that I have spoken with that Mark uses a type of financial abuse dragging things to court over and over and over and over again until the other party is completely financially exhausted regardless of the best interest of the parties involved his only interest is in making money and it seems as though he succeeds in civil cases involving one judge in particular because as you can clearly see he doesn't always come out on top and it is no wonder to me that those cases that are involved involve other judges and other counties Mark has tried very hard to defend himself against the comments and reviews left on his page to salvage some kind of reputation that he has he seems to have a very big head about his ability to handle civil cases with a certain judge in a certain county and always chooses that judge if given the option through my personal experience Mark has used financial abuse tactics over and over and over again and regardless of whether the claims made by his clients make sense or are true he will try and do whatever you ask him to do as long as you are willing to pay him regardless of whether it is ethical we're not.I think that a serious deep dive needs to go into Mark proves ability to be moral and ethical.

within the three years, we have been stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mark and his amazing team have seen us quite a bit. we started with a simple lawsuit and kept coming back for living wills and durable power for many things involving our parents. They are very good about any questions you have. they help anyone who walks in the door so if you want to see them call and setup appt or if it's a quick question that an associate or paralegal can answer walk in and they will help!

Prugh office went above and beyond to help me with my stressful situation. They are great people and I would diff go back to them or refer them to anyone!

Worst legal "representation" ever. Paid him $6K to represent us in two simple municipal cases in Lebanon and a civil claim of judicial harassment. The initial meeting was all hype "pie-in-the-sky" advising these are open and shut cases. We ended up pleading to probation on the two municipal cases, this after Randy, who "represented" us, was requesting that we settle with a $250 fine. They have done absolutely no work on our civil case and we have requested four times for an itemized list of actions they performed on our behalf for the $6,000 we paid them and they have not responded - big surprise. Since we have moved to the area a few years ago we have discovered it's difficult to find people who operate with integrity, honesty and character. Unfortunately, Prugh Law Office, has also made this list of people (companies) to steer clear of! If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you file a report with the state at the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

Extremely over priced. Was wanting an outrageous amount of money just for starters, would have been double if it went further than we wanted. And initial meeting was very unprofessional, had other people in room who clearly were not coworkers. Extremely unprofessional and rude

I worked with one of the associates, Attorney Randy Gray, who was extremely attentive, helpful and respectful. He made the chaotic situation more manageable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for representation.
