Referred to David Lowe from my previous attorney who could not keep my probate case. David and his Legal Assistant, Sherri, were helpful throughout the entire process, explaining things I had questions about and laid out pricing ahead of time so no surprises. This has been a very long process (2 years), and there are very few attorneys who handle probate cases in Pulaski County. I would urge anyone in the state of Missouri to get their affairs in order via a trust to avoid a probate case for their loved ones, if they pass away. Try to explain my case to Murissa Burroughs 5 times to tell her how to open a simple email…she didn’t want to listen and kept telling me a email is blank when I’m tryna explain to her how to open it..FIRST RED FLAG 🚩 IS NOT LISTENING TO A CLIENT!…got off the phone was able to open the email that she said was blank and guess what! It worked!
