I've know Greg for several years on a professional basis. When my time of need came for a personal injury attorney; I did not hesitate to reach out to him. I text him on a Saturday shortly after the police had left the scene and I had calmed down a bit. He responded promptly and we moved forward from there. He answered my questions and concerns; he showed me what was going on and what he was working on to get answers. I was never concerned about the status of my case. I trusted him to get me what was fair. Greg delivered.

Marshall Hoekel is an untrustworthy and lazy lawyer. He sat on our joint custody case for 6 months. He lied told us that meetings/hearings were being schedule although he hadn't even officially filed anything. He also displayed poor communication skills with not keeping us updated nor responding to our inquiries in a timely manner. It wasn't until when we requested a copy of our case file 5 months later. We learned that he just opened the case the same day we went to pick up the folder. My husband was devastated that so much time had been wasted. We fired him immediately, and got a new lawyer the next week. Mr. Hoekel returned our fee in full via check. Our new lawyer was amazing and we finally have joint custody with my step-child only 8 months later from the start of the process. Please do not waste your time with Mr Hoekel like we did. A process that should have taken only 8 months took 14 months and a lot of emotional damage to our family because of his lies, inaction, and deceitfulness.
