Karl really helped us out of a jam where we needed to have legal documentation around a loan from my father in law in order to get the money approved as a down payment on our home. Gave him a call on a Thursday and he had it turned around by Monday, even with having a foot surgery on Friday. He was quick, courteous and very professional. Would definitely use again.
