I have nothing but positive feedback for Jim. Anytime I have him meet with my clients for estate planning help, he spends all the time necessary to understand their complete situation and what they are trying to accomplish with their planning. He then provides his best advice and my clients have all been very pleased with his work.

do not hire m.karl hawkins, as he will not answer phone calls etc.he should represent me in a case against a nursing home. i followed his advice & now they are suing me ,.told me he made a mistake by not filing on time.then told me to contact another attorney, which cost me more.and he did not fax over any paperwork that he promised to do .i paid him to file for medicaid , do not hire him,he lost paper work & we had to keep bringing it again, & again.said they did not keep the copies on file. he didnt do the estate planning either.
