He knows what he is doing

Mr. Heany did not represent my grandson in his criminal case well at all. So many questions that were not asked during the trial made me question his knowledge of criminal law. Also, he advised the defendant to agree to a bench trial vs a jury trial. After corresponding with two criminal attorneys in the KC area they both believe that was not in my grandson’s best interest. So the judge was the only one that had to be convinced on his case that no physical evidence was provided. It was only the defendant’s word against the victim’s word. Now serving five years for a crime that I strongly believe he is innocent of. Other factors I also believe but I don’t have any facts to prove.

Did a great job, phone conference could have work in place of face to face in a few causes. Over all I was very happy.
