Mr. O'Connor did a great job for me with my legal problem. And because he understood that I was trying to help out a senior citizen that had no family to help him, he didn't charge me. What a decent human being!

The communication skills are poor. He conforms to the good old boy network. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear, rather than what you need to hear.
