James Gardner and his assistant Kaylynn did and amazing job with my dui case and I would highly recommend them to anyone

James did a great job getting the charges dropped. His staff was really good and very knowledgeable.

In July 2024 I found myself in need of personal legal advice. I contacted James at Big Sky Justice for professional advice. Amazingly, James met with me the same day I contacted his office and spent over an hour advising me regarding my issue. Upon completing our meeting I asked what I owed for his service. James told me he does not charge for an initial consultation and I did not owe him for the time he spent advising me. Amazing! Not feeling it was fair to not pay James for his service, I sent him a letter and check for what I thought was his hourly rate. The check I sent never cleared my bank account , so today I called James' office and found out that James had voided the check that I sent his firm I can't speak more highly of James and the service he provided me. My experience truely is in sharp contrast to the horror stories people tell regarding their lawyer experiences. I want to express my thanks to James and highly recommend Big Sky Justice should you find yourself in need of legal services. Darrell Block

Mr. Gardner and his staff worked tirelessly to carry me through one of the worst experiences of my life. My circumstances spanned almost a year and as different events occured, he delivered timely, accurate and personalized legal advice. With his expertise, I was able to navigate the state's legal system and provide a safe environment for my family. Additionally, Mr. Gardner and his staff were upfront about costs and timelines; I was not blindsided by any fees before, during or after the ordeal. I will continue to utilize James and his team for any future concerns and I highly recommend him to anyone. Of note, this was also during the Covid-19 crisis where further challenges/delays were placed on the courts.

I am not sure how these 5 star reviews could be true? Definitely not our experience. DIFFICULT to get hold of, SLOW moving, and sparky when called out. He did help my son with a few things but we had to pay money up front and we feel like his motivation for this case was low....

Don't hesitate to contact them. With minimal effort on my part, my case was wrapped up, to my advantage, in just a couple of weeks.
