When my husband and I were first introduced to Shahid, other lawyers turned us down to be clients after being dropped by our first immigration lawyer. From the time we had our first meeting he was willing to take a risk on us after so many didn't was already amazing! COVID was a huge delaying factor, had it not been for that I'm certain it would have happened much sooner. My husband was approved for his green card and it is the most relieving feeling we have felt! All of the hopes and dreams for our family is finally attainable and it is thrilling! My experience with Shahid was excellent. After a very bad experience waiting for another immigration attorney in Montana for over a year to advise me in the legal process to get my green card, that he defined as very complicated, I discovered that this attorney did almost nothing to help my case. It was almost impossible to get a hold of my former attorney, and we were getting very frustrated, so my boss, who was sponsoring my work visa, decided to hire Shahid, even after losing $2k with our deposit for the former attorney. Shahid took my case, and in our first meeting, he had a solid plan on how to approach my case, which turned out to be very successful.
