Would definitely recommend staying away from her. Had a straight forward divorce. She billed me for letting them know they put the wrong names on my paperwork, refused to meditate even though that is what I wanted to do, didn’t communicate with me except for the consultation and her office refused to let me schedule an appointment with her to try to get on the same page. I spent more time and money arguing with her staff/office than with my ex.

I couldn’t be happier with Robyn! She’s amazing! Highly recommended!

Robyn Weber was an excellent family law attorney in helping me navigate through a difficult divorce when I became an instance single mom to 3 teenagers. I am thankful to her for helping me through the process and have an better understanding of it.

Hired her to establish a parenting plan with an abusive ex. Couldn’t afford it but came up with her outrageous retainer. After literally 8 months and only 2 hours of communication I was able to get him to agree NOT her. Then, her staff “advised” me to just agree to it. Now I get another $800 bill…. Asked for an itemized and got attitude n “sending you to collections” email. Poor service to say the least. Way to take advantage of people in a desperate situation. Would NEVER recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay clear of this lawyer. She will take your money without doing anything for you. My petition to divide property took 18 month, and $5000 for absolutely nothing. In fact she made my situation much much worse! Her assistant makes you out to be the bad guy, is rude, and is the only one attempting to give legal advice. The only responses I would get from her is when my ex’s lawyer would send something to her. She would ask me what I wanted to do? The biggest mistake in my life financially, emotionally, and mentally. Stay clear, 99.9% chance you will regret it!!!

You do your own work, she charges through the nose, horrible in court- just a cold hearted person. Would never recommend her.

She’ll do nothing for you and then charge you 10 grand. Horrible experience. I recommend anyone else. Your local bartender is better equipped to handle your legal battle.

My niece hired her to assist in her divorce. Once final and paid we had an emergency situation requiring her knowledge. My niece was told to send an email and received NO response but we received a bill for no services! She provides horrible service in a critical situation. We went to Montana legal services and received immediate attention and assistance for free. Would NOT recommend her services at all.

Robyn is a God send to anyone needing a good attorney, she's always been 100% with me about whether it's worth the fight or not and what the chances are of winning said fight. She's professional, kind and empathetic, on the other hand she is also a bulldog when she needs to be.
