Whenever I believe a potential new client requires more complex or comprehensive estate planning than I can provide, I almost always refer them to Kelby. I've heard nothing but positive feedback from those referrals. Additionally, he's helped me with my own practice numerous times. It is quite apparent from the discussions we've had, the forms he's shared, and the legal writings and court decisions I've reviewed that Kelby takes his job seriously and has spent a lot of time deepening his knowledge far beyond his law school education.

Kelby Fischer prepared my Montana revocable living trust and also acted as a consultant on my Nevada revocable living trust that will become irrevocable upon my death. Kelby's knowledge of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust are impeccable. His work product is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Kelby for any estate planning.

Kelby Fischer recently drafted my will and the documents designating power of attorney for financial and end of life issues. Kelby definitely has a great deal of expertise in this area. He listens well and answers questions completely. He is able to communicate effectively without using a lot of jargon. I enthusiastically recommend him if you need estate planning.
