Called to ask a simple question, being an heir to an estate, "does the executor of the will have to provide a copy of the will via mail or email and how many days do they have to provide it" the attorney who called back said "the executor has to provide certain notices in certain time periods and that's all I can share with you" I think that speaks for itself in expertise and professionalism.

I didn't have a clue what was best for us. My husband has a severe medical problem. After talking in detail with Denise James, J.D./M.D.R., it was evident that she knew what we needed. She set up a revocable trust with both of us in it and took care of each detail. Every question I asked, she gave an answer we could understand. She listened. She was perceptive, understanding and made us feel at ease. In a reasonable length of time, we had a binder with a table of contents and all the documents we needed to have our Personal Representatives take care of our finances without probate court should we pass. It included Power of Attorneys for Assets and Medical and Advanced Directives and Last Will and Testaments and more. It is thorough and all inclusive. What a relief to us! She made such a positive difference in our lives! We did have a question that Attorney Tanko answered for us about annuities. He took the time to explain it all in detail. Every time we called, we talked with Dezi who was cheerful, fun and did a lot of work for the attorneys. Katie, the paralegal, was also available for questions and was most helpful and versed in wills, trusts and more. She is highly knowledgeable, pleasant, and good-natured. Don't forget the dogs that greet you with a tail wag. This quality law office will meet your legal needs, giving you assurance the best has been done for you.
