Excellent professional legal service. I say that based on considerable interaction with various legal groups over my years as a commercial real estate developer. The documents created for me were beyond what I expected in terms of thoroughness, and they were within the time frame quoted to me. I should add that the fee was most reasonable. This transaction has many moving parts and it appears to me that Tanko Law has covered all of them for me. I highly recommend them to all here in the Valley.
