Worst representation possible! She had me sign off and finalize my claim while I was obviously heavily under the influence… I NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED IF I WASN’T SO INTOXICATED…shame on her and you if you choose this route! Completely disgusted!!!

I had a severe back injury that work comp was fighting me on, causing me to be in prolonged pain and suffering. I was referred to Leslae and within days my surgery was approved. Leslae, Miranda, and Pam are fantastic at what they do. I never had to worry about what was going on behind the scenes and I never had to worry whether things were being taken care of. They kept me updated in timely fashions and never once made me question what was happening. Once they were retained, the entire process was as smooth as I could ask from start to finish. Not only are they consummate professionals, all three are wonderful people. I cannot recommend them enough.

Workman comp said my back wasn't included in my injury, but yet I was receiving pt for my back, so I got ahold of Dalpiaz and associates and Miranda took over my case, I got 3 rounds of shots and 6shots for nerve blocker., in my back after my hip surgery and the best part I ended up with a settlement that I never knew I had coming.
