Amazing people!!!!! I can honestly I was losing hope until I found Dalpiaz Law, I had been fighting a workman’s comp case where I wasn’t going anywhere for 2 years. Leslae Dalpiaz and staff were amazing they worked with me through everything which I was very grateful for, they also communicated with me all the time. Hello, I was involved with Leslie Dalpiaz and Ashlin Staso for nearly a year, they have been absolutely wonderful! Very compassionate,understanding, professional while maintaining a personal feel and taking a very friendly direct approach to my worker’s compensation claim, not only did they work out a settlement when the time came they also made sure that my benefits and medical care needs were being met in a timely fashion. I have never had a worker’s compensation claim before and my only regret is I didn’t hire them sooner! They never pushed for a settlement and never once did it feel like they were only involved to get paid which I don’t know if that is very common in the personal injury field or not but it made a huge impact for me and my family to feel comfortable and confident navigating such a stressful time full of insecurities of the future, if I could go back through the process now I couldn’t imagine taking something like this on with any other law firm! They have immediate responses to questions and concerns if I asked a question I never felt embarrassed to ask I never once had to play phone tag I always got any concern or question answered immediately and in a manner that was easy to understand! This is a difficult time for anybody and it helps and is appreciated to have someone in your corner who is patient and involved as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I am not the easiest person to get along with and frustrations have boiled throughout this process and these people deal with a lot of stressed out people and you’d never even be able to tell by how they treat you in an individual basis. When it came time that I was so frustrated with my insurance adjuster and the games they played and decided I would like a settlement so I could move on with my life Leslie went above and beyond and resolved the matter in a month and even got more then I expected or planned for as well as extending benefits to help with the transition back to work! I cannot speak more highly about a law firm! I don’t know what other people’s experiences are but I couldn’t imagine much of a difference because as I said Iam not the easiest person to get along with when stressed out and frustrated! So if you need an attorney she is the best you’ll get after speaking with multiple law firms she was the only attorney that seemed motivated and passionate about her work and confident and concerned about my case!!!!!!
