Trying to navigate the world of Medicaid services is nearly impossible by yourself. Stefan and his team was a God-send. They got the job done. They were kind, listened to my complaining and emotional break-downs with compassion and car. I would highly recommend Montana Elder Law for anyone who needs to get Medicaid for nursing home care!

Elder Law helped my husband and I with our Estate Plan, they were patient and so kind walking us through the process. While talking us through the process we talked about the care I do for my Mother and we found out that she was eligible for benefits from the VA as my Father was a war time veteran. We would never have known about this benefit if not for Elder Law. Once again we were walked through the entire process, collecting all of the documentation needed, and help with completing and submitting the application. Thank you!
