I had two items done a year or two apart. Each time they made sure that every thing was covered and then pass it by the state for any errors of legal law. Then I was called in and we went thew it page by page to make sure I understood it.

As a retired newcomer to Montana I found Montana Elder to be very professional in creating my new estate plan. They covered all the issues and continued to answer questions after the plan was complete.

We have had 2 trusts done by Steve and can not express how wonderful the experience was. Both trusts were on the difficult side and he had us reassured in no time. I found them to be focused on creating my trust but not interested in helping fill the trust with my property. Once the paper was signed, I felt they no longer cared about me. I felt used.
