Lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to assist
“I called as a new customer requesting assistance with easement and CCR issues and updating which their site says they do. You get an answering service, someone who does not speak English well that roughly asks what you are wanting help with and says they will submit it to the attorney to see if they can assist you. I received NO return phone call and when I called back a WEEK later, the same person put me on a long hold and just said the attorney cannot help you.”
