My parents used Wagner Meehan & Watson, LLP to get their wills recently and when I was in town briefly, my father wanted to get a Power of Attorney for me. Mr. Wagner was very responsive and fit us in last minute. He was super efficient, polite, and professional. I appreciate that my parents have found him and I am confident in him and his firm should we need any further legal assistance.

Due to circumstances out of my control, I ended up in Bellevue, Nebraska and in dire need of representation. I called numerous law firms and spoke with multiple attorneys regarding my case that was in no way "run of the mill." My original attorney was docile and complacent; I was looking for someone not afraid to step on toes. I asked very pointed questions and was looking for honest answers. Kyle Flentji and I spoke at length about my case and he laid out his plan on how to resolve my issues. All of this WAY before I paid a retainer. Once I made the decision that Kyle was the attorney I needed, he immediately began to force changes to a case that had been stagnant for months. He was met with resistance but keep arguing the points until the opposing attorneys and judge had no choice but to agree. I 100% recommend this firm to anyone that is in need of a family attorney for divorce or custody. I don't know of their other services, but that is the experience I have had with Jeff Wagner. I hired Jeff originally in 2007 for divorce. He is EXCEPTIONAL. He is not your normal type attorney that takes your money and leaves you to the wolves. He fought for me and I received a FAIR and equitable settlement. I was a single mom with not a lot of money. He is HONEST in his billing for services! I appreciated him so very much for that. 10 years later, my ex files for change of custody so I again hire Jeff to help me. I hired him for ME... but he fought for My SON because I have to say that 'I' didn't want what my son wanted with custody arrangements. Jeff is blunt and to-the-point with communication. I LOVE that. No convoluted answers with huge lawyer words I couldn't understand. He gives no excuses, just FACTS. My son got a fair and equitable final resolution that we ALL (including my ex) are happy with. Lawyers are people with laws and regulations that they follow and no matter how amazing they are, they are subject to Judges decisions if resolutions cannot be reached between the parties. If you want a lawyer that SHATTERS the age old adage that lawyers are crooks... please-Hire JEFF. You won't be disappointed. Where do I begin...We hired Jeff Wagner as we’re adopting my niece and nephew. He’s too busy to return calls, respond to e-mails and will cancel your planned meeting with 1 hour notice and then apologize because he has forgotten to file your case with the courts. Ironically, the day of our meeting that he cancelled was the day he filed our case with the courts after a month of non-returned phone calls and emails which prompted our meeting with him that was cancelled on his behalf. Once the court date was set I had asked if we need to do anything before the court date because he hadn’t communicated things in the past that needed to be done and waits until the day of to inform us of documents that are needed. We were pro-active and asked if anything else was needed before the court date and ironically heard nothing back so we’ve elected to terminate his services and find an attorney who values their clients. It usually only takes 1 month to get a court date for an adoption and here we are at month 6 and have yet to go to court once. I became upset and asked the receptionist why aren’t any calls or e-mails returned and her reply was “I’m not having this conversation with you, I’ll let Jeff know you called.” I said what’s the point he won’t return our call, respond to emails and cancels our meetings now too and she hung up at that time. I feel if we retained him he wouldn’t respond until the day of court and then push our court date back saying we need more documents etc. Appears to be knowledgeable and eventually gets it done, but won’t communicate with his clients. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone.

I received a unwarranted citation due a accident, and Liam Meehan said, I think we can get this dismissed. It was dismissed today. Thank you, Mr. Meehan. Never go to court without attorney representation, period.

Liam and his team are GREAT!! I put all my trust into him on my custody case after having hired a horrible attorney originally. He don't hide nothing and tells you how it is. I have recommended him to many of my friends. And I wouldnt do this if I didnt have complete confidence in his abilities!!!
