Questionable ethical practices and disregard for client's best interests

Unexpected and unreasonable fees
“Was very suprised when Eric Klutman sent me a bill. He charged me $175, for a half hour long consult. During which he told me things i already knew, i simply wanted to talk to him, to see if he was the lawyer for my case.....Neither him or his receptionist advised me of a consult charge.”
