Erin Urbom didn't do anything asked, refuses to defend her clients constitutional rights, and will quit on you when you call her out on it. would rate zero stars if they would let me. do not hire.

Zach is unprofessional and rude and confrontational. I simply called to ask a couple simple questions regarding my grandmothers estate settlement, and again, he was confrontational and rude and disrespectful. I have the voicemail from him proving my statement is accurate. I would not recommend him to anyone that needs assistance with an estate settlement. No small town values practiced here 😡

I don't want to be harsh, and I do understand they most likely have a huge case load, but these guys won't tell you that. They don't have enough Etiquette to say, "I'm sorry, I don't have time for you. may I recommend another attorney?" They won't call you back or respond to emails. Two weeks wasted chasing much needed "representation" incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Can't get that time back, especially when time is of the essence. People's livelihoods are on the line.

Erin Urbom has done a great job for my family over the last year and I would highly recommend her to anyone. From the first meeting I felt that Erin was very professional, respectable and cared about my case and my expectations. I have used three other lawyers over the past 20+ years that did do decent work for me but I felt like money was the only thing they cared about. I don't feel that way with Erin as my lawyer.
