This was my first time in court. We hired Loralea Frank. I had no idea what to expect and I have very little to compare her to. We do not have a verdict yet for our custody hearing so I thought this would be the best time to write an honest opinion. Loralea and her staff were very professional and experienced. I felt that I was getting honest recommendations and feedback from very experienced professionals. Loralea was not cheap or inexpensive... I did have higher expectations in regards to preparedness and communication. However, when we got to court it seemed that the opposing council was less prepared. When we got to court I also found out why so many love her as their attorney. From the moment my wife and I met her it was clear that she would perform well in regards to confidence, presentation and expertise. I would say that we went into this with pretty high expectations in this area. She clearly exceeded our already high expectations in the courtroom. I believe that there is a balance to be found between how much you need to prepare and how much you are willing to spend if you want to be successful. I would strongly advise coming in very organized and prepared and would defiantly recommend her to anyone.

Charged extremely high rates for things unasked, and unwanted yet didn't bother to show up to half of their hearings where she was required and scheduled. At first meeting Loralea was very promising, positive, and polite, but as hearings started it was clear she wasn't bothering to fight for her clients. They ended up settling outside of court, then even getting a statement with actual information on the charges took many phone calls and emails.

Against all odds, I was granted custody of my 4-year old son. I don't believe this would have been possible were it not for the hard work and relentless dedication of Loralea and her assistant, Morgan. Loralea was extremely thorough in her preparation for trial. Morgan spent time reading through many pages of evidence up to the last minute that proved to be instrumental at the hearing. Loralea has a keen ear for picking up the seemingly slightest missteps of the opposing side and caught her (the defendant) in multiple lies. I can't thank Loralea and her team enough for their commitment to my case and I am so happy to say that my son is coming home. I am honored to forever have a place on Loralea's Dad Wall.

Someone was supposed to call me back “within 24 hours” for a consultation, and I never received a call back. That was last week. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would recommend Bruner Frank Schumacher Husak to anyone. I have have nothing but success working with thier team. Loralea was wonderful to work with during my divorce process and always kept my family and my interests first. She was very responsive and full of knowledge to help the whole process move smoothly. She will fight for you and she will not give up until you are happy with the outcome. Thank you Loralea and the rest of the team! I will be back for any other legal services I may need in teh future.
