Dan Friedman and his staff has stuck with me for the long haul. He has come through and I have learned that I can trust him! And that is no little feat... Throughout this multiple year process, it feels like he is always available and answers my questions quickly. During the hardest time of my recovery from the accident, he has always encouraged me to get the best care without ever hurrying the process. I highly recommend his representation if you want compensation that reflects the suffering experienced in a high speed accident.

I was in a pretty bad rear end car accident and tried to work with the insurance company of the other party that hit me for several years to reach a settlement. I finally began working with Dan and he had a much better settlement worked out quickly. Dan then helped me reach a settlement for an underinsured claim with my insurance carrier that I would have never done on my own. Dan was a no nonsense professional that got the job done. If you have been injured I would highly recommend talking to Dan before trying to deal with the insurance company yourself!

The Meghan I talked to about a possible case, put me on speaker and basically ignored me, and didnt want to even listen to me, I do not think they are any good, go somewhere or at least dont deal with Meghan.

Some improvement is needed in this government office. It does not protect the public from unethical attorneys, and takes retribution against victims that may bring facts forward to illustrate the public is not being protected with a valid oversight to assure the written code of conduct is followed by Nebraska Attorneys.

I was involved in an accident and the insurance company offered a pittance to settle. Friedman Law was able to achieve a settlement that was about 5 times what the company initially offered me. This may be a longer review bc I have a lot to say. I was injured in a business and found myself in need of an attorney. After researching my options I met with Dan and he agreed to take my case. I don't live in Lincoln so he initially came to me. Due to the complicated nature of my injuries and my lawsuit, my case was pretty lengthy. There was a lot involved in my case; insurance companies, several doctors, court proceedings etc. Steve Sael eventually took over my case so I worked with him more than Dan. However, I want to note that I always had the option of talking to Dan, and he still was involved in any way necessary until the very end. He even took the time to say hi when I did have to be in Lincoln. Something else I want to note... I have massive anxiety, and this whole situation is one that I was definitely new to, so it made said anxiety peak at times. And dealing with lawsuits and attorneys can be intimidating anyway. Steve was amazing. He was always professional but somehow still so down to earth and comforting. With all the twists and turns my case took, he never once got cross with me or treated me like I was less than. At the same time, he always managed to explain things to me in ways I understood. He treated me with kindness and dignity. Also, I was confident I could trust him and his guidance, which helped keep my anxiety down. We did reach a settlement agreement with mediation that satisfied all involved, which is hard to do. Their fees were very practical, and you could tell they genuinely cared and I wasn't just a paycheck to the firm. Overall, I'm very grateful to Friedman Law, especially Steve, for all the help and for tirelessly fighting this battle with me and for me. I highly recommend them/him to anyone who finds themselves in the position of needing a solid attorney on their side.
