Sarah Spindler was very kind, prompt and knowledgeable. She helped me decipher the complicated process of applying for disability and made everything less stressful.

I complained about a few lawyers, who lied during court and failed to do their job and this place said that there’s nothing they can do because they did not act that way in court when in fact they did. They’re just lazy and don’t wanna do their job. Thanks to these guys there’s horrible lawyers out there, innocent people thrown in jail for not doing your job correctly and these people just sit behind your desk and let it happen.. they should look into Dave Michael’s out of your county Nebraska and a few other lawyers in Sarpy county, Nebraska. Maybe if they actually did their job these lawyers with you there’s.. the discipline council does not care about anything they just want their paycheck.

I filed a complaint against an attorney who was helping his client perpetuate an ongoing fraud. They refused to even review the complaint which included documentation of the fraud. I was told they didn’t want to get involved since it was being litigated. So their position is to make you pay to fight it in court even though they are supposed to enforce the rules.

I spoke with Blair 2 different days. She was very patient, understanding, very kind and polite. She was extremely helpful and I have been on disability for about one and a half years. She told me that if I was still having issues to please call back they are willing to help me.

Very Good Job Well Done

This law firm changed my life.. when I began my claim I thought that I would be lucky to get a 20% increase. Well I didn’t get a 20% increase.. I got 80%!! Not only that I’m now paid at 100% disability. I can now help my family. I feel like I can contributing to their wellbeing. Mr Cuddigan and his firm were there all the way with me, guiding and encouraging me. They gave me guidance filling out forms, wording and even helping with computer workings that I didn’t understand. I can say nothing but good heartfelt things about this firm. HIRE THEM. You won’t be sorry.

I have struggled for a couple of years now trying to get everything together for my disability claim. As soon as I was denied I called Cuddigan law. Some improvement is needed in this government office. It does not protect the public from unethical attorneys, and takes retribution against victims that may bring facts forward to illustrate the public is not being protected with a valid oversight to assure the written code of conduct is followed by Nebraska Attorneys.
