From the moment we talked to Dan Friedman on the phone we knew he had our best interests in mind. He was very helpful and explained the process to us in great detail. I was in a auto accident that totaled our car and left me with lasting injuries. Once we got him involved he took care of all the paperwork and phone calls. I can't say enough about Friedman Law, and specifically Dan Friedman. Growing up in Lincoln I knew the name but never had the need for an attorney. When I did, the first name I thought of Friedman, and I'm so glad I did - experience counts!! If you need an attorney, I highly recommend them. Dan kept me in the up to date on every aspect of my case and kept me calm when I was frustrated or anxious. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of the case. Dan was very helpful and understanding. He worked hard for us on a case that dragged on for three years. He was never pushy or trying to do what was best for him. Not very friendly over the phone, verging on rude. The way someone acts to me the first time I speak to them over the phone gives a lasting impression, and my impression is that the gentleman I spoke with (Stan) was unnecessarily curt and condescending to me. I will not be calling them back. He told me a notification that I was involved in a Class Action Lawsuit sounded like fraud without listening to anything I had to say, when in fact it is not: The case is Powers et al. v. Credit Management Services Inc. et al., case number 8:11-cv-00436, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. Just FYI Edited to add: just looked at the other reviews and Stan was the person I spoke to as well! I just didn't want to put his name in case he was just having a bad day, but there is clearly a pattern here so I added his name.
