In October 2017 our world had shattered with the loss of our 13 year old daughter from a distracted driver. We didn’t know the first place to start or that we even really needed an attorney for anything. We had looked around when we were told to go to Friedman Law because they were “the best attorneys for wrongful death lawsuits”. It was apparent at the very start that Dan Friedman was fully engaged into our case and cared deeply for what my family was going through. From start to finish Dan and staff were on top of everything and fully in control of everything that was going on. They were able to handle everything efficiently and as promptly as possible. I was hesitant to get an attorney after my accident where a distracted driver ran a red light and basically t-boned my car. But when the insurance company would not call me back, I realized I needed an attorney to help me through the process and it was the best decision. I worked with Dan Friedman and he was so encouraging through the entire process, always prioritizing getting me the best care for my neck injury and advocating for me every step of the way.
