MISS Olga Benítez was my lawyer during the years 2016-2023 . She prepares my husband and only daugther Heirs Declaration when both of them passed away him at 2014 , and her in 2016 . None of them have a Testament before they pass away . It was a very dificult process and I’m very happy with Miss Benitez Work . I was served with a court order one month before trial and was scrambling to find adequate representation. I was referred to Stange Law Firm by an acquaintance to a relative of mine. I was able to set up an appointment with them the same week I called. I felt confident in their ability to handle my contempt of court case. Our attorney, Wilson Ellis, has worked hard at keeping me updated in my case and helped me settle a specific issue in my case that I was struggling with.

If I could leave 0…. I would. I have spent the last 10 years in family court. Fighting for my own right and justice for wrongdoers. I hired this law firm because I was perceived with the understanding that “paying for a good lawyer gets you better results”. This is SO FALSE with this law firm. They don’t believe you. Nor will they stand behind you…all they want is your money. Good luck if you hire them. Don’t be shocked if they find out that they took your life savings and they draw up paperwork the next day because you filed a complaint with their HR about how they are treated you. Their justice is to make sure they come out on top. There’s nothing about them that is social or justice. It’s greed. On top of greed on top of greed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Right after they left my husband and I fighting for custody of my kids, they said it was my fault because I filed I complaint with their “surveys” saying my lawyer didn’t do any justice for me and that all he wanted was money. Boy was I right. Still don’t have my kids. And after hiring this god awful law firm, I have no more money. 10 years and $160,000 later, I still don’t have or get to see my kids. To all the moms out there, these are not your people. Spend your money elsewhere

******************* Buyer BEWARE! ************************** 1. FATHER's RIGHTS Attorney (just discovered this as a Mom!) or I would have NEVER retained them! 2. $23K in 6 weeks, @ $390/hour, $3,600 trust agreement, I was billed THOUSANDS over (without notice or warning) the trust amount and expected to pay the replenished trust amount and the balance OVER. TWICE a month! 3. Major attorney 101 errors: failure to file certificates of service, failuire to produce three copies of exhibits for hearings, failure to produce any copy of an exhibit for the court, extra judicial communication, "discerned" I had no appeals case without pulling any transcripts to resaerch the case. 4. Racked up biling in mutliple emails rather than picking up the phone to efficiently address multiple, time sensitive issues that could have been addressed in an hour. 5. "client care" is non responsive (unless communicating to say you owe), They REFUSE to produce an accounting statement of all the paymetnts I made and rather sent an emails with a list. 6. Assured me she would see a contempt matter through the end, unilterally agreed to continue it, then withdrew leaving me at risk of severe grave consequecnes and grave material harms.

I hired Ms Kleveland for a case and had some good confidence in choosing her. Then, the case got placed two more weeks out because of weather delay. So, I was on hold waiting for information on my actual trial date. I emailed Ms Kleveland at least 3-4 different times regarding new court dates. Her nor her assistant never responded!!! Then, I get a phone call less than 16 hours to my court date to tell me we have court the next morning. That’s when it really got weird. I had given Ms Kleveland all my evidence for the case before the first court appearance. She never looked at it, though, until her phone call with me less than 16 hours prior to court, even though now having it for over two weeks. She didn’t look into my case at all leading up to the date. Then, my father and mother as witnesses to my phone call with her, she never one time seemed to believe my story as she questioned things I’d tell her in truth. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone as I’m quite certain it did absolutely nothing to help my case.

I cannot stress enough how helpful, knowledgeable and efficient David Webb was in dealing with my estate matters after the death of my husband. We had a few complications and David explained everything to me in a manner which was easy to understand. He even gave me the statues to look up at home to familiar myself with how the law works in settling his estate. You won't go wrong in having the law firm of David R Webb handle your needs.
