Judge Reuter threw out my eviction case today, saying I didnt present it properly, meaning that I didnt state clearly rent was unpaid by the defendants. All my documents clearly stated it as did my testimony. I saw him in the hall after court, he said my 3 day notice didnt state rent was not paid for August, I just got a copy of it from the courts, it does. Was decision based on race? Or that they were a big family? Hard to say but dont expect a fair outcome with him.
