Failure to appear at hearings and neglect of client's case
“failed to show up at mutliple hearings gravely harming my case, NO showed at a Protection order hearing, blew off off an Intervenor hearing leaving me completely exposed!”

“She'll send you monthly invoices saying you have X amount of dollars left of your retainer. Then when you terminate her services she will send you a case report that basically doubles the time and fees for everything from the beginning of services and adds things that were not even on the original invoices.”
