A lot of us come to a law firm at one of the darkest points in our lives; a time of trauma, worry, concern, and uncertainty. Despite the state in which I came to them, I was lucky enough to be connected to Cameron Guenzel. Throughout a three-year, arduous lawsuit that proved to have many litigation challenges, Cameron remained a beacon of surety and hope in my life. Cameron was always responsive to communication, and he was very timely with everything pertaining to my lawsuit. Cameron's demeanor, respectfulness, knowledge, and quiet confidence were always consistent reassurances to me as I went through one of the worst processes I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Contacted Steve Guenzel nearly 3 weeks ago for what he assured me was a 'very simple' document. Mind you - my ability to handle pressing matters is dependent on this 'very simple' document. I called today to follow up as I've not heard from a single person, or seen this document and was transferred to Steve with no issues. Keep in mind, when I asked to speak with him, I wasn't told "he's with a client rn can i have him give you a call back' or 'he's unavailable at the moment, can I take a message or may there's something I can help you with' ... it was "Sure! One moment!" - Steve quickly picked the phone up but as soon as he realized this call was about a dropped ball .. he quickly (and somewhat rudely) ushered me off saying he was busy and he'd have someone reach out. At the end of the day - I still have not heard from anyone at this office. Terribly disappointed at the time this man has wasted after assuring me that this was a 'very simple document' and there wouldn't be any problem at all with it.

Totally recommend for all your legal needs. Steve and Carrie were great. Can't thank them enough for all they have done!

Very helpful and honest

I can authentically say that this Is an incredible law firm with compassionate kind and ethical people. I knew from the second that I talked to Stephanie on the phone that she was a person and lawyer of high integrity. Other lawyers very much wasted my time some attorneys even quoted six times what she did to get something done and you wouldn’t be able to get them on phone. She very much made herself available to me when I called (She even called me today on her birthday personally to tell me that my case was resolved) take it from my experience you can not find a better team then this! Many people try to drag it out and Ms. Flodman the opposite she wants to get it done for you and she did for me! Thank you again! I would give 100 stars if I could!
