I had an amazing experience with John's practice! If you have any doubts, look no further because you're in safe hands. I was able to do the entire process via telephone and from home during COVID-19. John's service was swift and helped me along the entire process. If I had any questions he replied very quickly and didn't leave me hanging at any point. I really do recommend his practice over the others in Lincoln! I had experience with previous firms and with him it was definitely the nicest and best.

To anyone making the hard decision to file bankruptcy, this is the office you want to go to for advice and assistance in filing. You couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with during what most would consider one of the hardest decisions of their life. I called and talked with John when I was thinking of filing. He was compassionate. He didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed, and he answered all the questions that I had. He made a recommendation of what steps he thought I should take and quoted a very reasonable price. Once I decided to file, things moved very quickly. Brooke, who is John's paralegal, is amazing. That woman is on it. She answered all questions I had very promptly. I sent all my paperwork over to the office via email late in the evening, and she had it filed the next morning! The entire process went very smoothly and both her and John were always willing to answer questions that I had from the paperwork to the meeting of creditors and up until I received my discharge, and I had a lot of questions. But besides all of that, one of the most important things they did for me was made me feel at ease. I was so nervous during the whole process, but every time I talked to either John or Brooke, they were so calm and assured that they made me feel more calm and assured. That is SO important during such a stressful time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
