Monzón, Guerra & Associates (Attorneys at law) is an excellent law firm. I would fully recommend this firm, which helped my Mum become a permanent resident. The process was carried out in a timely manner and was smooth process. I would highly recommend Raul F Guerra he is an extremely experienced immigration lawyer.

I do not recommend this place. He's quick to take the money when hired, but never returns or takes phone calls.

It was great working with Raul. He was there for us when ever we had any questions for any reason. I had a hard time getting my citizenship till i turned to Raul. He took care of everything and all i had to do is to go for finger prints and citizenship naturalization and everything went smooth and i got my citizenship in 7 months. I am really grateful for everything they did for me couldn't ask more.

I hired Carlos Monzon to represent me in a 1st offence case. At first when hiring Carlos, he was quick to take my phone call and my money back in September of 2017. Carlos continued my court cases 7 times in total. Half of the time would not even be present during the case and have one of his associates represent him, without ever contacting me prior. Carlos even showed up one time and continued the case when we both were present. I never missed a court case. After that time when he showed up, Carlos told me to contact his office and schedule an appointment to speak with him in regards to my case. I did this as he said, and had an appointment scheduled. Come date of the appointment, I called to speak with Carlos, and he wasn't there. So they moved it to the following week. This same pattern continued on after several attempts. Every time Carlos was not available or out of state. He could not even send me an email. This continued on until a case where once again Carlos didn't show up, and one of his associates came and asked how we wanted to proceed. I wanted to go on with the case but the judge would not allow this and the county prosecutor was not pleased with Carlos. Apparently Carlos's associate, David Chipman, informed Carlos that he needs to get with his clients and not beat around the bush. By the way I am not the only person getting treated this way. There was another woman who was in the same situation with him. Finally after countless times trying to communicate with him, I spoke to him again for a brief phone call, and basically we went over the exact same thing as we did when I first did consultation and hired him. Then come to day of court, Carlos of course was late, the prosecutor had to search him down in the court house. Finally he came to the stand, the judge asked me if I was satisfied with my council. Me being an honest person and knowing you do not lie to a judge especially, said somewhat satisfied. Carlos quickly reacted and pulled me aside and asked how we would like to proceed, and I said I guess lets go for it. Then Carlos asked the judge if he could withdraw from the case, and stormed out of the court room. I do not know he thought he was deserving of a good appraisal after everything he didn't do. DO NOT take your business to this law firm. Complete scam, just cost me $800 and I had to take days off of work for every court date that was continued or where he didn't show up.
