We had a very poor experience with Carlos Monzon. I would never recommend him. I felt very unsure about him towards the end, and was deeply disappointed in his performance as a lawyer.

I have always been very hesitant to ask for help, and this was the case when my ex-wife originally filed for divorce. Dave helped my husband initiate court proceedings to exercise his rights as a lien holder in a complicated real estate foreclosure type situation, with various lien holders that had seniority over my husband’s lien.
