I hired Mark Rappel to defend my son in a domestic violence charge. The State had decided to make a Class III a Felony charge against him. Mark initially wanted us to understand that even though we believed this was a mistake and inappropriate, that it might be difficult to either get reduced substantially etc without going to full jury trial.
