Our son was at the vulnerable age of 18 needing to be charged as an adult with 1st degree assault, a class II felony. Placed in this life changing situation we trusted our son’s future to Paul Lembrick and Mallory Hughes. The charges got reduced to 3rd degree assault, a class I misdemeanor. Paul never made us feel like he was too busy for any questions we might have. He made sure we understood everything as we navigated through an unknown scary process.
