Jon has helped me time and time again with legal proceedings I’ve had! Criminal and even with my custody battle, the outcomes were exactly what I was hoping for every time! He’s knowledgeable, sets the perfect expectations for you, and even pocket friendly in my opinion. I will definitely recommend him to everybody and use him again if I ever need too.

What I like most about John is how well he explained everything to me about my case. Mr. Braaten exceeded all expectations. He’s a wealth of knowledge ,completely grounded and trustworthy. He kept great communication and follow up. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish.

ACW law seemed like the right choice at first in my custody case between my two childrens mother and I. Seemed professional and I felt like I was heard at first..then as things progressed during the process, things changed quickly. I had to respond to multiple emails reviewing the same information I had already given and was charged for each email, phone call and meeting. I was made aware of that in the initial meeting and it was even stated that I needed to be aware of that because a lot of people are upset when they get their bills. After 2 weeks of absolutely no temporary parenting plan and my kids in complete limbo, it seemed my ex's attorney was calling all the shots and I was just being walked all over. It felt that the relationship between my attorney and my ex's attorney was more important than what my needs were. If you want someone in your corner fighting assertively, this might not be the firm for you.

I have used Craig Wittstruck in for the past 10 years. I will be using him in the future also due to the fact that he is a straightforward person who tells you the way it is and I admire that about this man he will do his best and believe me he is good. I would highly recommend him and I have several times over the past few years.
