Patient, compassionate, and comforting are qualities rarely found with those who regularly navigate the legal system. Doug always had time to not only listen to my questions or concerns, but also took time to address them thoughorly. I never felt hurried or that I was bothering him when I would call. In the short amount of time he worked for me I developed a great amount of respect for him. A genuine kind and gentle man, yet firm if needed to seek justice for his clients.
