Matt Pedersons kind of an airhead but he does really good in the courtroom

I have had personal and professional experience with Pederson & Troshynski law firm for over 15 years. They have set up family trusts, handled difficult estate issues, created family and business corporations in addition they address questions that occur regarding complex real estate transactions. David Pederson, Matt Pederson and Laura Troshynski are very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I have NO IDEA if Laura E. Troshynski is a good attorney or not really because Laura E. Troshynski WON'T RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS! Very unprofessional in my opinion and I sure won't waste any more time waiting for her to call, guess if 2 phone calls and an email won't get a response what will? I called Tim Brouillette and he called back the same day and made an appointment for the following week. Just exactly what I wanted! I feel kind of bad about this because she was highly recommended by some people I was working with. When I told them how she called once at 12:30 and left a message (I just stepped out but took my cell phone) on my home phone and never tried my cell I just had to give up. Not someone I would put much faith in.

Charged $2k NEVER INTERVIEWED PEOPLE THAT I GAVE HIM THAT KNEW ME. DIDN'T SPEND TIME DOING EVEN SIMPLEST TASKS.. IN FACT DID MORE FOR THE OTHER SIDE. THEN QUIT RIGHT BEFORE COURT HEARING. DON'T HIRE.

Personable. Quick turn around time on a probate case. Misinterpreted a statute that resulted in an unexpected payment to the county.
