I was injured on the job and very afraid. I consulted with Jay and he patiently explained everything I needed to know. He and his paralegal Kodi treated me with respect and compassion, keeping me informed and fighting for me every step along the way. My phone calls were always answered immediately. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. Jay and Kodi took the stress out of a very stressful situation. I was blessed to have them on my side.

Mr. Elliott is great to work with, he is very good at what he does! Jay helped me to understand the laws, rules, and regulations regarding a Workmans Compensation claim. I can't even put into words how great Jay Elliot and Kodi are. When I was lost and trying to handle my own work comp case and was being ran around and treated poorly, hiring Jay was the best thing I could do. Jay and his paralegal Jodi did a wonderful job for me. I always felt I was there most important customer. I was able to get hold of them any time day or night. They took the time to answer any question I had. They went as far as helping me make Dr. Appointments, made sure I received my temporary disability benefits from workers compensation. All I can say is
