Terrible communication...has made decisions that help her more than the client...she won't step on toes because she is worried more about her career and how it might affect her on other cases she is involved with...doesn't follow up on anything...had to do her job for her in order too get any kind ofanswers...and still gave up ...?

Kent florum is an awesome attorney

Just now had them as my attorney the first time... Might change my rating you never know

At first I questioned as to whether my attorney was truly on top of things or not due to lack of communication (she was busy working behind the scenes, I later found out). It wasnt long after that, that evidence showed she most certainly was on top of things. I now sit back and let the attorneys handle the case. I dont necessarily agree with how long things take but they are the experts for a reason and the ending result is the most important thing of all. I would like to point out the team work used in this office. If one is struggling on a certain topic, I have noticed others step in to help them. Legal matters aren't easy and to see that team work utilized is a great example of what other businesses should be doing too.
