I highly recommend this Attorney!!! I've unfortunately dealt with several over the past 20 years and Mr. Eustice was the best by far. He is extremely affordable. My Public Defender never returned any of my phone calls yet Mr. Eustice personally called me back within an hour of my initial phone call. His receptionist was professional and polite and kept me updated during the entire process. He got me right into court and got my Felony Warrant dropped with no more jail time. Thank you Mr. Eustice! You literally saved my life and my business!

Contacted Tom on a possible felony possession charge with marijuana and edibles, amongst three other minor violations. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the laws governing this, he also knows how the interpretation of the laws vary from county to county in Nebraska. He is also very calm and collected as is his staff. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew that I had contacted the right attorney. His staff is also very welcoming and respectful. All said and done, he got the possible felony reduced to an infraction charge and got two of the other three charges dropped. He saved us a ton of money and future hardships that could have occurred with a felony or a misdemeanor conviction. HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB AND IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN HIS CAREER. I highly recommend him as no one else could've done what he did for me. Call him immediately if you should find yourself in a similar situation.
