The most incredible attorney in Nebraska. Helped me out with a case that I was really struggling with. Worked his hardest with the court and ended up closing the case before it was even opened. Matt was my attorney in a very long drawn out custody battle, that occurred over years. To the best of my recollection this involved somewhere around 14 court appearances, Words cannot describe the gratitude that I have for Matt. He was always prepared, always had an answer. Respectful of the Judges and opposing counsel. Let me tell you about what happened one such court appearance. Let's be honest during a divorce you will often find yourself in court for something that would normally be trivial event. On one such occasion, my absent mindedness resulted in me failing to appear, I think all of us realize how disastrous this can be. Matt was of course already there, and was able to smooth things over with the judge as well as opposing counsel. At the same time he also managed to summon his office staff to find me, and get me to the court. Court was over by the time I arrived. Matt and opposing counsel stayed and gave me and update on the spot . . . have you ever hears of anything like that. This means I got a great Lawyer in Matt Higgins.

Call ahead folks. Was turned away. Hours differ. Impossible to reach by phone.

Mr. Olsen is a great lawyer. He really knows the law and has a very realistic and effective approach to making sure the legal outcome is as beneficial to his client as possible. He knows everyone in the court. He is extremely confident and has amazing follow through. The communication throughout the process was stellar and I always knew what was going on and what to expect. I was in a pretty vulnerable position and his efforts had it whittled down to the bare minimum. He is the best choice. Great lawyer!

To say that Matt is the epitome of a professional attorney would be an understatement. Friendly atmosphere

I highly recommend Tom Olsen. He was personable, understanding, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and did everything possible to get me the best outcome for a second offense DUI. If you are looking for a superb attorney when dealing with DUI offenses, Mr. Olsen is the person to go to. I would rate him at six stars if possible.

Attorney Tom Olson is amazing at what he does! I am truly grateful that we found him and that he was the man representing my sons case in court. From our first meeting I could tell that he was going to look out for my son’s best interest and that is exactly what he did. He always made himself available to us, he almost always answers the phone but if he is in court he calls back as soon as he can, and made us feel as though we were his top priority. I was also very impressed by his patience and willingness to explain to use in plain English what was happening and what we could expect at every stage. Whenever we made a decision we felt confident that we knew all the information necessary to make an decision that was best for us.
