“Mr. Higgins wanted to charge $10k for 1/2 of a single hearing for Defense to testify. So a two hour drive round trip, two hour hearing, 6-8 hours to prepare ? That is $1,000 to $1,250/HOUR. If that isn't unethical billing or price gouging, then I don't know what is - or how it is not exploiting a desperate client.”
