Made an appointment a month ago for 6-1-18 then today i get a call from his office saying he cant see me because he is having surgery and he cant see me until The following monday.How dissapointing.But everything happens for a reason you Mr Kasaby werent ment to help me.Thank God.

Told me i don't need to bring my kids to the interview with immigration officer that we waited for for about 5 month. We came to the appointment without the kids, and he told us the officer postponed the appointment . we discovered that the officer didn't postpone, but he (Kassabi) double booked himself and asked for postponing the appointment

The fact that it takes so long to get an appointment with Mr. Kasaby is one thing. The fact that we get an appointment and get there on time only to be waiting for more than an hour and have the secretary try to tell the waiting clients to leave and not say our opinions out loud is outraged. Then defend the fact that mr Kasaby doesn’t take into consideration the other clients time and gives certain clients hours of consultation is in my opinion insensitive and rude. Mr. Kasaby when we first came to you you assured us it would be 6-12, it’s been almost 4 years. We come to you looking for reassurance and only get treated in such an insensitive and rude way. Today we came to you for legal advice in a criminal/traffic case, now my husband will have to face the possibility of incarceration and deportation, breaking up a family of 6.
