After the floods of 2019 we had to seek help in dealing with an unacceptable remediation response at our lake. Kristina was most knowledgeable, guided our group effectively and helped us to make informed decisions throughout the entire process. Over the years workin with E.K.O.K I have experienced unacceptable communication belittlement and just outright rudeness. I have never had anyone speak to me in such an unprofessional manner as if I was being mocked and wasnt trying my hardest to do my part. As a low income single mother I would never recommend services with this company. They are understaffed and lack many basics that I would see as training skills like knowing how to run direct deposit when important things depend on it. Or simply having an HR to deal with the poor behavior I had to deal with. I'm sincerely hoping they dont purposely hold off on turing in my personal documentation in a timely manner so I can move forward from them. They strike me as the type of place to make things as hard and stressful on someone be who they are working for or against purposely for all the wrong reasons greed and power. There are plenty of companies that are for the people and want to honestly help where they can this place for me was not one of them. I will make another review to update if it takes longer then a week for my personal situation to be updated as I was told it would be right away. I have been told many of things that where not kept word too. So we shall see. Otherwise this place is NO from me.
