“I have been writing e-mails to your employee Erica Goven every day for the past two weeks. He is handling my case. However, he is deliberately not responding to my emails. I feel very neglected and ignored by your company. Because of this behavior, I am unable to complete a matter that is important to me. You do not take your customers seriously.”
