Horrible communication...the only times they communicated with me was to send me another overpriced bill. Ask for an update? That's another $125 just for a reply. I spent an absurd amount of money for the minimal amount of work on a straightforward case...would NOT recommend.

I can't speak for the entire law firm but I can speak towards Kelly Shattuck. This guy is a thief and an incompetent lawyer. Forgot my son's name in court and seemed never to really care. I had him for about 8 months and nothing at all changed in my child custody case. Mind you, I have been lied upon and slandered yet nothing has been proven faulty on my side, and still I don't have a relationship with my son. He was talking like a lawyer until he got the retainer. Had me hire a Dr. for $5k that the judge didn't take serious. A straight hustle. This guy beat me for my money and did absolutely nothing. Maybe it's because I'm Black, I don't know. But something isn't right with him. Don't hire this guy!!!You're a thief.

Kelly Shattuck is an amazing attorney! He made our adoption process easy and took care of every little detail as to not leave anything out. His staff is also very friendly and helpful, they never made me feel like a burden at all no matter how many questions I had. 10/10 recommend!

I will post another review because I can't reply to your response. I'll even keep the 5 stars because I was being unnecessarily facetious. I'm sure Chris is a fantastic lawyer, he just didn't vet his client very well to see just how truthful or untruthful she was being. Her name was L****** Blythe. It was in Hastings, NE and it was 100% Chris. We have spoke to each other. Case number CI14 10-304 if he would like to refresh his memory. I'm sure his ex-client still owes him money along with several other lawyers who represented her for a brief time.

Chris was an excellent lawyer to help me get custody of my daughter. My lawyer single handedly destroyed him and my daughters mom to the point he asked if we could discuss visitation when we went to break because he didn't properly vet his client. He thought he was going to come in and be a big shot lawyer and immediately realized he was in over his head. He wanted to see if we could make a deal so he could go home and not have to stay in a hotel for the second day of the trial. He helped us win and did nothing for his client. Thank you Chris for helping me get my beautiful daughter away from your worthless client and poor excuse of a mother.

They are a no nonsense, keep it simple and to the point office! So helpful in keeping the divorce process non-stressful and was great at communicating! Would highly recommend to everyone!!!
